Because we immediately begin the screening process upon submission of request, there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. If a drug screening is required, it is the responsibility of the applicant/student to complete the drug screening exam within allotted time frame provided. Failure to show within the allotted time line or an unfavorable/favorable result does not constitute a reason for a refund. All sales are final.
